Elections Results 2010
General Election
In the General Election Peter Barber polled 677 votes (1.7%) which despite the squeeze by the big parties is the highest ever vote we have had in Stockport constituency. Nationally most effort was concentrated into Brighton Pavilion, where the election of Caroline Lucas as the first Green MP in the world elected via First Past the Post will be a great boost to our profile.
Local Elections
The average vote of our 8 candidates was just over 4%, down slightly on 2008.
